Likes to share problems with Hong Ki; wants to sing for his girlfriend
In the drama, he is the lovely “Towel Guy”. In CNBLUE, he is the thoughtful leader. In variety show, he is the cherishing husband… Does efanz want to know how Jung Yong Hwa is in reality? Is he similar to the caring “Towel Guy”? Or is he the charismatic Bolmae Jung?
epop: When did you first meet with Hong Ki?
YH: The first time I met with Hong Ki was in the FT Island Studio. At that times, I was still a trainee. Before that, I’ve always wanted to meet him. After I met him, I really think that he is really handsome and sings well! Hahaha!
epop: Since when did you become close with Hong Ki?
YH: Not so long after I joined the company. There was this one time that I chatted with Hong Ki for a longer time and I found that we seems to share a lot of things in common. Since that, we became closer inadvertently! Hehe!
epop: Did Hong Ki help you a lot during the filming of the drama?
YH: Yup~ apart from Hong Ki, the other actors also helped me a lot in terms of improving my acting skills. When I have problems about it, I shared it with Hong Ki! Haha!
epop: In reality, are you really similar to the Kang Shin Woo character that you brought in You Are Beautiful?
YH: (shy) I feel embarassed to compliment myself~ Hehe! Actually, I’m not really a friendly person…but because of Kang Shin Woo, people see me as the gentle and caring person! Hehe!
epop: Your type of dream girl?
YH: As long as the girl is not too feminine and smart, haha!
epop: Will you give shoes as a gift to your lover like what Kang Shin Woo did?
YH: Emmm.. I will write a song and sing for her, hehe!
epop: What is interesting about yourself?
YH: Emm.. if I have a girlfriend, I will hide her well~ For whatever it takes, I am willing to be a clown to cheer her up… Emm.. about me.. as of physical appearance, I think I have an attractive eyes! There was one time that the scriptwriter sisters* said to me, “Yong Hwa, your eyes reflect your kindness~” Haha, I am not so sure whether that is true or not….
*T/N: referring to the Hong Sisters who wrote the scripts for the You Are Beautiful drama.
epop: Were there any funny moments happened to CNBLUE while in Japan?
YH: I still remember there was this one time when we went home, we found out that we lost a key! At that time, we cannot afford eat outside. But, Min Hyuk kept complaining how he was starving to death! So, he decided to break into the house by climbing onto the windows. Though our house was at the 5th floor, Min Hyuk kept climbing to the 6th floor to get into his room by jumping over the veranda. When we got into the house, we found that Min Hyuk was injured with bleeding wounds! Looking at his condition, we can’t help it but to laugh for Min Hyuk’s eagerness to go all through this just to eat at home. Min Hyuk even complained, “Hyung, why did I torture myself going through all the climbings?”

Having been off air for the past fortnight due to the Dream Concert 2010 and World Cup 2010 documentary broadcasts, SBS’s No.1 music program Inkigayo finally made its return on June 13th with its 576th episode!

C.N. Blue has been crowned number 1 for their new single, “Love” on Mnet “M Countdown”.
The talented and good-looking band had some fierce competition with MBLAQ’s single “Y”, but came out victorious in the end. With C.N. Blue’s win, MBLAQ’s chance at first place for two consecutive weeks was not able to happen.
C.N. Blue has been working hard in promotion their new single “Love”, which was released on May 19, 2010.

Yup. C.N.BLUE Jung Yong-Hwa’s couple ring with SNSD Seo-Hyun is clearly visible in these promotional photos for Sony Ericsson’s newest phones. Jung Yong-Hwa is trying to convey that he is still devoted to his virtual wife.
Update: yes, he is not wearing the original couple ring so people are suspecting that they might have changed the couple ring.

After C.N.BLUE’s all live performance in Kim Jung-Eun’s Chocolate (music TV show),Jung Yong-Hwa was ill at during the perfomance and was rushed to the hospital afterwards on May 24th. It was told that Jung Yong-Hwa got better and exited from the hospital on May 27th and would be part of C.N.BLUE’s schedule from the weekend.
Despite their explosive popularity as a new comer, C.N.BLUE’s history is relatively short and thus their fan club is relatively weak compared to other musicians featured in 2010 Dream Concert, which features the biggest Korean idols of the time. Despite having not even a single fan banner in the audience, they do an excellent job advertising themselves in front of many fans of other artists with their singing and performance.
It was told that Jung Yong-Hwa’s voice was in a very bad condition during the concert and rushed to a hospital afterwards.
Both videos have filmed to same performance. First one focuses on Jung Yong-Hwa while second focuses on the whole stage.
